2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Opening an account with false or misleading information is strictly prohibited. Any changes to personal information must be updated in the profile without delay. tk999 will not be responsible for delays in payment processing caused by unverified information.

2.4 Account Security

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

Members can deposit funds using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit for each method is ৳200. Depositing from a third-party account or a mobile banking account registered in someone else's name is prohibited — only methods registered in your own name may be used.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if additional verification is needed, it may take somewhat longer. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are available as withdrawal methods.

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This means depositing ৳1,000 will add ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Before withdrawing bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. For example: a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in wagers.

4.2 Other Bonuses

Regular members can take part in various promotions including weekly reloads, cricket betting bonuses, and special weekend offers. A minimum deposit of ৳200 applies to each offer, and wagering requirements apply separately.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, false identities, or any other dishonest means will result in the relevant account being closed and the bonus being forfeited. tk999 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or change its terms.

4.4 Nature of Bonuses

A bonus is not cash — it is a conditional benefit that can only be withdrawn after the specified wagering requirements have been completed. Bonuses should not be treated as free money.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance and Cancellation

6 VIP Programme and Cashback Policy

tk999's VIP programme has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit, paid at a set rate based on the week's net losses.

6.1 Cashback Rates

• Bronze level: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver level: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Gold level: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Platinum level: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Diamond level: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Cashback calculation example: if a Gold level member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in one week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120.

6.2 Level Changes

Progression through VIP levels depends on a member's overall activity on the platform. While specific turnover thresholds are not published, members who participate regularly and actively will gradually advance to higher levels.

6.3 Cashback Processing

Weekly cashback is calculated every Monday and credited to eligible members' accounts at a set time. No additional wagering requirement applies to cashback — it can be withdrawn directly.

7 Responsible Gaming and Self-Control

tk999 believes that gaming is a form of entertainment that should be enjoyed in moderation. We care about the mental and financial wellbeing of our members.

9.2 Closure by the Member

A member may also request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Verified balances may be withdrawn before closure; however, any bonus-related balance will be assessed to determine whether wagering requirements have been met.

9.3 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact our customer support team first. The support team will review the matter and provide a decision within 7 business days. 10 Limitation of Liability

12.2 Device Security

It is the member's responsibility to keep the device on which the app is installed secure and not to give third parties access to the device. If the device is lost or stolen, notify the support team immediately.

13 Miscellaneous Provisions

13.1 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming guidelines together form the entire agreement between tk999 and the member. Any previous oral or written commitments are replaced by these terms.

13.2 Severability

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will continue in full effect.

13.3 Waiver

If tk999 does not exercise a right in a particular instance, that shall not be considered a waiver of that right. That right may be exercised at any time thereafter.

13.4 Assignment

A member may not transfer any of their rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party. tk999 may transfer this agreement as needed.
