tk999 VIP — Weekly Cashback and Exclusive Benefits Across Five Levels
Bronze to Diamond — at every level of the tk999 VIP program, there is a weekly cashback opportunity tailored to you. The more you play, the higher you climb.
Bronze to Diamond — Five Levels, Five Sets of Benefits
The tk999 VIP structure is divided into five clear levels. Each level offers cashback at a set percentage rate on your weekly net losses. The higher the level, the greater the benefits.

Maximum Weekly Cashback
Weekly cashback is calculated on the total net loss for that week — meaning the cashback is paid at a rate based on your level, applied to what remains after subtracting your total winnings from your total losses. For full terms, visit the Terms and Conditions page.
Exactly How Weekly Cashback Works
At the end of each week, tk999 calculates the net loss on your account. Net loss is what remains after subtracting your total winnings for that week from your total losses. Cashback is then calculated at the percentage set for your VIP level and credited directly to your account.
There is no need to claim cashback separately — the process is fully automatic. Once the week ends, eligible members receive their cashback in their tk999 Wallet within the designated timeframe.

The step-by-step example below shows how weekly cashback is calculated.
The figures above are for illustration only. Actual cashback depends on your level and your net loss for that week.
How to Reach a Higher VIP Level
There is no fixed numerical requirement for advancing levels in the tk999 VIP program — your level is determined by reviewing your overall account activity.
Regular Participation
A consistent habit of playing keeps your account activity active and drives progress toward the next level.
Play a Variety of Games
Slots, live casino, sports betting — playing across different sections increases your overall account activity.
Complete Account Verification
A fully verified account is eligible for VIP evaluation and opens the door to all available benefits.
Stay Consistent
A long-term habit of consistent play is more valuable for VIP evaluation than one or two weeks of intense activity.
When Does Level Evaluation Happen?
tk999 reviews members' account activity at regular intervals. When a member's activity is considered sufficient for the next level, their level is upgraded and they are notified. Similarly, if an account remains inactive for an extended period, a level re-evaluation may take place.
If you are interested in sports betting, head to the Cricket Betting section — betting on major matches including BPL and the T20 World Cup is compatible with the tk999 VIP program.
Benefits VIP Members Receive
Beyond weekly cashback, tk999 VIP members enjoy a number of additional special benefits. The higher the level, the wider the range of benefits.
Automatic Weekly Cashback
Each week, cashback based on your level is credited directly to your account on your net losses — no claim required.
Special Festival Rewards
On special occasions such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh, VIP members receive dedicated rewards — with the value varying by level.

Withdrawal and account-related requests from higher-level VIP members are handled on a priority basis.
24/7 Support Service
All VIP members receive support in Bengali and English via live chat and email, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

VIP members are informed about special promotions and offers before regular members and can participate in them first.
Account Protection and Security
Your information and transactions are secured through SSL encryption and a safe payment process — equal security for all members, VIP or otherwise.
