The app's design is clean and in Bengali — everything from the menu to push notifications is easy to understand.

Log In on Your Phone — Keep Your Account Secure
To log in on the mobile app, enter your username and password on the tk999 Login page. On your first login, your identity is verified via OTP.
Keep the following points in mind to keep your account secure at all times:
- Keep your phone's screen lock — PIN, pattern or fingerprint — active.
- Never share your OTP with anyone; the support team will never ask for your OTP.
- Do not give your password to any friend or family member.
- Avoid logging in on public Wi-Fi; mobile data is comparatively safer.
- Change your password regularly and avoid using passwords that are easy to guess.
Some Tips for Running the App Smoothly
A good connection and a few simple habits can significantly improve your experience with the tk999 app.
- Maintain a stable connection. If the connection drops during a live bet or live casino session, you may miss the game. 4G or a reliable Wi-Fi connection works best.
- Keep the app updated. Updating to the latest version through official channels gives you new features and security patches.
- Keep it charged. Live games and streaming use more battery — it is a good idea to keep a charger nearby during longer sessions.
- Clear the cache. If the app slows down, clear the cache from settings — it has no effect on your account or balance.
- Keep notifications on. With push notifications enabled, you will not miss any bonus offers or match updates.
